This miniature basement in my Nyhavn House, is crafted with an eye for rustic detail. The room is set on cool grey floor tiles, giving it the feel of a practical old-world storage space.
Along one wall, wooden crates overflow with tiny potatoes and root vegetables, adding a touch of everyday realism. Above them, a vintage yellow meat safe displays miniature sausages, and other provisions-just the sort of supplies a busy household might tuck away for winter.
On the opposite side, burlap sacks and a flour bag are stacked neatly beside a red wooden chair, while two long-handled tools lean casually against the wall, as if recently used.
A small, cheeky rat figure scurries near the crates, bringing a playful sense of life to the scene. A closed door at the back completes the illusion of a functional, tucked-away cellar room.
