Nyhavn - Living Room
Step inside a time when evenings were spent by lamplight, embroidered cushions decorated the sofa, and every object in the home reflected care and craftsmanship.

In the living room on the second floor, time seems to stand still. The little Yorkshire terriers rest in their basket, as if listening for their mistress's footsteps. On the table, baskets filled with flowers and needlework wait for a quiet moment in the cozy corner of the sofa.
The cabinets are filled with porcelain, books, and tiny treasures that hint at a life lived with an eye for detail. The wallpaper, furniture, and chandelier together create a warm and inviting atmosphere - like a snapshot from a bygone era.

I bought the green Cabinet second hand at a flea market. It needed serious renovation at the time. I have been looking for a Cabinet for this room for some time - but it has been difficult since I needed a piece that was not too deep. None of the rooms in the Nyhavn Dollhouse are large. So this one fitted perfectly - and I saw the possibilities - because it is a beautiful piece.
